Committed to building a brand that is focused on quality, the seasons and a balance in every aspect. Along the way we have been lucky enough to find attentive and talented people to help us continue with this vision. Constantly working hard altogether to deliver the best Juniper has to offer every day.

Lenka, Assistant Manager
Coming on board last year, she has fitted into the family beautifully. Bringing her love and knowledge of food, drink and drive for high level hospitality effortlessly. Radiating our ethos of good things, simply done, Lenka has that quality about her that makes you feel at ease. From the moment you walk in, her warmth and care naturally welcome you into our space.
Regan, Kitchen Assistant
A behind the scenes champion. Usually going about his day undetected by customers, Regan is the silent hero downstairs ensuring production never stops. Responsible for assisting both the bakery and cafe sectors, he usually has a long list to get through that means all the Juniper goodness keeps on coming.
Rachel, Sommelier
Our world would be a lot less sparkly without the Fellows touch. Editor of Star Wine List by day, our wine guru and sommelier at all other possible moments. Joining us in Spring 2025, Rachel’s extensive knowledge and passion for wine means that we are able to have an enticing and evolving list that compliments our fresh, seasonally designed menus. Alongside this, Rachel also hosts our Wine Tastings every other month, encouraging customers to experience something different and perhaps, find their new favourite wine.
Lotti, Head Barista / Cafe Supervisor
Having been with us since the very early days, Lotti is our utterly fabulous, superstar team player that has helped build our cafe into what it is today. As our Head Barista, she is often found tucked behind the coffee machine, but she is always smiling, ready to welcome you into Juniper. So whether you need that perfectly poured flat white, or a moment to go through the menu, Lotti will ensure everything is just so.
